Bulls Set For Big 4 Battle At Canisius Tuesday Night

BUFFALO, NY – While still on the road, the University at Buffalo women's basketball team will get a little bit closer to home on Tuesday night with a matchup at Big 4 rival, Canisius.  The game, which will mark the fifth straight away from Alumni Arena, will tipoff at 7pm at Koessler Center.

The Bulls are 5-1 on the season and are coming off an 82-69 win over Central Connecticut State on Saturday afternoon.  Senior Cierra Dillard led the Bulls with 27 points in the contest, while fellow senior Brittany Morrison had 11 points and a career high 16 rebounds

Canisius is 1-6 on the season, having scored a 48-42 win over Albany last Wednesday. Sara Hinriksdottir leads the Griffs at 12.1 points per game, while Danielle Sanderlin is averaging a double-double with 10.0 points and 14.5 rebounds per contest.
