Season Ticket Automatic Renewal Program Guidelines


By placing an active credit card on your personal, secure UB Ticket Office account, you can purchase, renew and commit to your UB events tickets without the time and trouble of meeting deadlines or mailing payments.

How it Works

  • If a $50.00 (non-refundable) deposit per seat has been submitted, a payment plan will be set up to charge the remaining balance due.  Your credit card on file will be charged automatically in 2 equal payments:
    • Football season ticket payment schedule (per seat) on full priced tickets of $125.00:
      May 1 - $37.50
      June 3 - $37.50
      *if a deposit was not previously submitted, 2 equal payments of $62.50 will be charged on 5/1 and 6/3

  • You will receive a reminder email from the ticket office one week prior to charging your credit card.
  • Season ticket holders will receive all event and payment information by email.

Terms & Conditions

  • By opting into the program, you agree to participate in the program until you cancel.  You may also opt-out of the Auto Renew Program at any time by contacting the UB Ticket Office in writing at
  • If you decide, you want to keep your season tickets but no longer want to use the Auto Renew Program, simply notify the ticket office in writing to discontinue. You will then need to renew your seats, in one single payment, manually each year by the designated deadline date.
  • The Auto Renew Program can be started at any time with your first credit card payment or by contacting the UB Ticket Office at 716-645-3946. If any payments in the plan are missed, balance will be split between the remaining scheduled payments.  If a purchase is made after two scheduled payments have past, balance is due, in full, with one single payment.
  • Please keep in mind that based on your season ticket seat location, a separate Game Day Benefit, payable to UB Foundation, may be required per seat.
  • You may decline the payment plan and select the one lump sum payment option. The full amount will be charged to your card as requested.
  • If you do not wish to renew your season tickets after you have been charged, but prior to the season beginning,   you may request a cancelation. A refund, minus the non-refundable deposit will be processed.
  • A 2-payment plan schedule will be set up for discounted season tickets (example: $66.00 plan) if a $50.00 deposit is received per ticket.  If a deposit is not received, total plan amount can be split into 2 equal payments.
  • Your credit card on file may be used by you to purchase single tickets, tournament tickets, etc. A photo ID will need to be provided at ticket window, at time of purchase, to validate your request.
  • In the event that the credit card we have on file for your account is declined when payment is due, we will make every attempt to reach you for new or updated payment information.  If after 30 days from your payment due date we have not obtained a new form of payment, your season tickets will be subject to cancelation and any tickets, benefits or incentives that you have received in advance will be deactivated. You may contact the ticket office at any time to update your credit card information.
  • You may cancel your participation in the Auto Renew program at any time by contacting the UB Athletic Ticket Office in writing. Any remaining balance on your season ticket account will be due at that time. An email will be sent confirming your cancelation.
